Small Business Consulting

When Derick Schaefer started The Efficient Business LLC, he had been helping companies apply technology to marketing and operations for over 15 years.  In 2006, he left his employer to form The Efficient Business LLC which focuses on helping small business owners make the most of their marketing budgets.  

Mr. Schaefer’s employment background includes 10 years at The Microsoft Corporation, Cambridge Technology Partners, and Zensar Technologies Inc.  His enterprise consulting experience includes work for companies such HSBC, Sears, Texas Instruments, and Radio Shack.  As a small business consultant, Mr. Schaefer is a regular volunteer for the Collin Small Business Development Center and The State Bar of Texas.  To see his work in the small business space, see our customer testimonial section of this website.
